Want to check credit score, Whats the cheepest way to get your score? I know there are three places to get your score from but I've see websites that get your score from all three places for a discount. Does anyone have any recommendations on where or how I should get my credit score checked. Will getting it checked by all three places effect my credit? Should I maybe only get it scored by one creditor? thanks

They told her they need to do a credit report before they hire her. She has worked retail before and has excellent recommendations. What banks dont check your credit score for opening an account? Well heres the thing...i tried applying for a bank account at wachovia...but needless to say they run a credit check on you to open a account and it has to be above a certain score...since when do they do that...my credit isnt too bad..yeah i may have a few slip ups here and there but im in the process of clearing them up...most of them are done...but heres my question...what banks are out there that dont check your credit score when it comes to opening an account...any input or advice would be greatly appreciated...i know one of my associates has like nine accounts and its ridiculous how he manages all of it. thanks everyone

When you refinance your home, the mortgage companies check your credit score....? My husband and I would like to refinance our home. We'd like to shop around for the best mortgage. The problem is...when you shop around...the different lenders will check your credit score. We were told that your credit score goes down after each check. So my guess is that they do check some sort of info. My uderstanding was that companies could only check credit scores with permission from the person the info is pertaining to. did you know that when you check your credit score it is different than what lender wouldget? there are different catagories for each credit score one for credit cards one for mortgage and one for auto what the credit report companys dont tell you is that your credit score that you see is very different than what lenders see.
