Do I get a copy of my credit score after disputing with TransnUnion? I ordered a free credit report and there was an error. I disputed it and received a response that it was fixed, but could not see an updated report on their web site or a corrected score. Their web site says that they will send a report unless filed online. The report I see is still the old report and the score is also not updated so did I waste $8 on a bad score? I called and they want more money to tell me what the correct score should be and want me to pay for another report with the correction as well. Does anyone know how to get a good score and report from them after a dispute online?

Debt collectors seeking debt from misspelled name? I had this old paypal account that i totally forgot about i received a debt collections notice from ic services with my name misspelled when i called them to pay off the debt the lady says it's already on my credit report since i use wamu to see my credit score online and it hasn't changed, so i'm wondering am i free and clear i know i didn't provide paypal with no ss number.
A bank denied me an online checking and savings account, then charged me anyway! TWICE!? Please bear with me, this is a little bit complicated. Two days ago I applied for an online special....open a free checking account AND a savings and get 4.79% interest on the savings account. I decided to put $50 in checking, and $50 in the savings using my debit card from my existing bank. Once finished with the application, the bank denied me (I suspect for a low credit score...they said they'd mail me a reason later based on the fair credit reporting act)...BUT they charged my account anyway...and double drafted me for each $50 taking a total of 200$ from my account. This caused an overdraft which they pulled from my savings and charged me $10 for that transaction. Needless to say I am livid. SO, I call my bank, they will not stop the charges without me trying to resolve it with the other bank first. So I call them, and they promise to have someone in authority of that department call me back within 24 hr, no call. So I call them, they promise to call back, no call. What to do? my current bank is wells fargo, the bank i tried to open the account with is Washington Mutual, a bank with a very good reputation in my area of Texas....I feel the website was legitimate, I plan to address the issue in person on monday at a local WaMu bank to see if they can help me resolve this before I go to the BBB, or Federal Trade commision or similar agency. PLease Help? I went to a free credit report website and look on my husbands credit report; but I just don't want to let him know that I'm checking his credit report and score. Can he ever know that I open his credit report online or if somebody opens your credit report do they know who view it and how can they ever know? Can they detect anybody through internet or phone number of the person or company who are viewing your credit report
