when u are denied credit in 60 days free credit report, but? buying the score? gets asoft pull?or a hard pull? after u are beeing denined credit u recieve a leltter taht u can request a free copy from that agency withinh 60 days, and doing soo will not show a inquiry on ur account, and a minus 3 on ur score but but when u chek out over the phone to get ur freee report u are beeing asked if u wanna purchase ur fico score also with the freee report, for 6 dollar feee, my question is ? doing soo will it be a hard pull with score? purchased, or just a soft pulll like when getting the free report in 60 days? tahnks

Getting your Credit Report and Score? Once a year we are all able to obtain our Credit Report and Score for free, right? So when looking for a website that does this, should I be looking for something in particular? In years past I've gone with www.freecreditreport.com and they never would give me my free credit score like it says they will, only the report. And even then I have trouble getting all 3 of my reports. I usually only get one. Any help? Any websites suggested? What should I look for in a website?
Please help me understand my FICO score/credit report!? Background info: I'm 23, financially independent- renting a house, currently paying student loans (and i will attend medical school next fall), and have a car that i am paying off. Today I obtained my free credit reports and FICO score- i'm at 744 ("Very Good"). I found, from my reports, that I had a number of credit cards- most never used- mostly from department stores. I called and canceled them immediately. Now the only thing current on my credit report should be the things mentioned above (and 2 other cards). Could it HURT my credit to have taken those established (some of them 3+ years old) off my report, even if they were never used? There is nothing "negative" reported on my reports- never been late on a payment etc. Thanks for your help!! Is the 'credit limit to credit balance' a summation of ALL your cards? If so, i'm worried that I DID do a bad thing. I hope this won't bring me below 720 (usually the limit for decent interest rates on loans etc.)- any thoughts?
Does requesting a free credit report from the three agencies lower your score just because you asked for it? I think I've heard that credit inquires(for seeking loans,etc.) of the 3 credit bureaus results in lowering the score and is cumulative. The more inquires such as home buying, auto purchase, major appliance or personal loans the lower the score goes each time. If this is true, does it also apply to personal requests for the free annual credit report?

please help me with free credit report .com? i went onto free credit report. com and got my credit report and credit score for a 30 day free trial but i gave them my credit card number to be charged after the 30 free trial was up on the web site it says you can cancel at any time during the free trial so you do not get charged but they gave me numbers that all they are are recordings please help me i need a # to call or something.
