Getting out of Debt Strategy?

I currently have a lot of debt, house 100k, Student Loans 60k, other loans/debt(car) 30k, and 15k in ccard debt. I pay all my bills every month, my credit score is just shy of 700 and I don't want to hurt my score but I need a new strategy to get my debt paid off. Over the last year I have paid off 2 ccards, zeroed the balance and closed them. But at this rate I will be 2015 before I am ccard and other debt free. I was looking into going to a credit counselor to take care of the ccards but can't find answer to some of my questions. Was hoping someone can answer them and give me some advice. 1. If I go to a credit counselor, does it hurt my credit? 2. If I go to a credit counselor, will they let me keep my amex card(I only use it and my debit card), since I pay off my amex every month I like it.
