Report Identity Fraud with no credit history?

I filled out an application sheet for a VoIP company (yorvoice.net) that turned out to be a pyramid scam selling a believed-to-be non-working product, left early. I have been worried that they will do something with personal information they collected from me, perhaps open up credit card accounts, or sell the info. I do not believe I have a credit history, and I tried calling the automated lines with two credit bureau, but both failed to identify my account with my info. Now that I think about it... I'll try to find out what info I put on my student loans and input that information into the automated hotline, see if that works. 3 Questions... 1. I own no credit cards, but I have student loans... I assume they are in my name and not my parents? So I should have credit history yes? 2. Is there a way to get in contact with a real person and not automated line for a credit bureau? 3. Any suggestions if I still can not get through to a bureau to put on a fraud alert?
