my credit score is not the best can i get a debit card from anywhere?

2. Open a checking account and you should get a debit card. I don't think they care what your credit is as you can't take out more than you have with the debit card. If you do, the bank will just charge you for overdrafting the account.

4. If you can't go to a bank for some reason, shopping malls may work. Just as you can often get a credit card from a shopping mall, some malls provide debit cards as well. Also look into Discover, as they have a mall-specific card.
