- It depends on how much you are putting down. Rule of thumb is 620 or better though. The typically will go up to 90% on a conventional loan (better rates) and up to 100% through a sub-prime company. Let me know if I can be of any help!
- you cant get a house w/o proof of income. They have to be sure you can pay the loan back.
- If you got to a bank to get yoru loan you need a proof of incomve howeve rthere are some mortgage brokers that they dont require any proof, but in order for you to get a good loan you need a score of 700 or up.
