How can I get a free credit SCORE?

1. Reporting agencies charge for the score, especially since they are required to provide you with the report for free. It's one way to make money.
2. They don't give you your score for free. Just the report.
3. Sign-Up with some 30 day free trial credit monitoring program. I've done this before, and they have never charged me; can't say they won't charge you if you try this. I used transunion's program.
4. The problem with credit monitoring companies, the scores are not accurate. Go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com and buy your scores directly from the reporting bureaus.
