Credti repair questions?
I am in the process of repairing my credit. I have found a few errors that was listing on two of them Trans and Experian, I have disputing them and today I received a letter letting me know that They are being deleted. My questions is will the other credit agencies automatically remove the errors or will I have to contact them in order to get it off. I am not sure why they came off so easy but I am happy about it!!

- You will have to contact each and every agency, just to be on the safe side. But as long as you have the big 3, you're good to go.
- When you filed your dispute with the credit reporting agency, all they do is contact the creditor to verify that the item is correct. What probably happened is they could not contact them, or the failed to respond to the dispute investigation. By law the CRA must delete the item. Unfortunately you do have to dispute them with each of the 3 credit reporting services. Hopefully that is all it will take. If not, you need to go through a "validation" process involving more letter writing and possibly even file a lawsuit. See the link below for help on this.
- you have contact each credit agencies separately. if the creditor can not prove ,that the debt is yours- this account must be removed, so sometimes people get lucky if they are messy .
