Anyone know of CDV form for credit disputes?
I was just informed to dispute but to ask specifically for a CDV (consumer dispute validation) apparently it has different protocol than normal disputes. Anyone heard of it and how it works in your favor. Can't seem to find layman definitions of such. Thanks for the help and advice. My credit card company stated they couldn't do anything, which is nonsense to me but stated to ask for CDV to be sent to them about deliquent month and high balance inaccurate

- Don't know but here's a thought... Who informed you to dispute? Ask them. Are you disputing through credit reporting agency... they should be able to tell you. Good Luck, I know I didn't give you solid answer but I just wanted to jet you some thoughts!
