How do I dispute a charge on my credit card?
I bought some minutes from tracfone online. I try to use it to reactivate my phone, but it didn't work. I look at my credit card statement and I have a charge from them even thought I never recvived the minutes.

- Call your credit card company, they will help you out.
- Look on the back of your statement and there is info there. There is also a line for your name, address, phone, etc. and the reason for the dispute, etc.
- You have to contact your CC company. They are the only one who can handle this. I suggest you do this over the phone not via email
- You can call them, but you have to officially dispute in writing. Look at the back of your statement for detailed info. Also, make sure that the dispute is with the credit card company and not with the phone company, because you may be wasting your time trying to contact the credit card if it was the phone companies fault. Good luck!
- Kristen is correct. Sending your dispute in writting is the only way to preserve your rights. Even your CC Company will tell you to attempt to work it out with Tracfone first.
