Are there any programs or services that will guide or help you in cleaning up your credit?
Cleaning up your credit can take a lot of time. I usually cant find time between 8-5pm at work to stay still and make calls, when i finally get time at lunch im either in a no cell phone area or in a public area with a lot of ear hustlers. Are there businesses or even online services that will help you clean up your credit (disputes, corrections, payment of debts, etc) without spending all day on phone, etc?

- Yeah stop all that. Get all payments onto one card, and stop using it. Pay off what you spend immeidialy. Why wait when you can pay it off now and make the banks happy. Credit score is bacially how the bank feels about you...if they like you, you get a high score..if now..well, good luck getting a loan with a low interest rate. I am 17 with a Credit card, that I only use for gas, and I pay it off asap so I can get the big money loans for college with almost 0% interst.. -=)
- Most of the programs that are available will apply " Slow pay" to your credit and set you up on monthly payments to your creditors. You'll have to make time to make calls, and meet w/them, if you really want to clear up your credit ( that route). Otherwise, I would suggest checking your credit report, making sure everything on there is legit, and starting a "payoff your debt" plan YOURSELF! I did it, it just takes a lot of discipline. - There is a service that provides free guidance.
- There is a whole industry devoted to credit repair/restoration. Some do debt settlement as well. It is their job to do what you don't have time to. Most are non-profit and offer a money back guarantee. www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com
