Anyone entered into a contract online with a company called goantiques.com?
Does anyone one if a contract online can be disputed, i did not sign anything just click the box, but the kicker is what i agreed to verball is not what was in the contract and now am being burned for a year contract with goantiques.com. They are hitting my credit card each month and we are in a major dispute, they say they will send me my copy of the contract that shows "I agreed" to it. Can it be fought. And has anyone ever had problems with goantiques.com, i am trying to get others to come forth. I have put postings on boards and seem to be getting the same answers that they are shady.

- call your credit card company, stop the automatic payments, enter a dispute with them for the payments that have been made and let them resolve it. Yhey are probably just using intimadation to get you to give up and let them have the money looked them up, their aggreement says it supersedes any other agreement and they can change it at anytime, probably not a good idea to agree with them it means nothing, but I would still give the credit card company a shot, if all else fails, colse your account and open a new one, they acn't get money from you that way here is where I read that, if you haven't http://www.goantiques.com/auction_terms_ofuse/
