I am trying to dispute a charge. This is NOT PayPal, it is an actual credit account. They only list a phone number and address. I can't seem to get a rep by phone which I can clearly understand. I finally got one that I could sort of communicate with and dipsuted it over the phone and disputed the late fee. He said there was nothing else I needed to do. It still showed up online, so I mailed a letter of dispute. It's still listed on line. I prefer to work by email as there is a mutual trail of the communication. Has anyone had to email them?
