What is the average credit score for leasing an apartment?

What is the minimum credit score that landlords want to lease an apartment to someone?

1. Mid 600's depending on your loan to debt ratio....
2. if am not mistaken i think the avg. right now is 450 to 620
3. Credit scores are VERY overrated when it comes to renting an apartment. My dads has rented homes and condos for 30 years and never checked a credit score. Normally even the ones do will over look bad credit if you can come up with a large security deposit, or like 2 months rent. People getting rejected for apartments based on credit scores are probably trying to get places that they really can not even come close to affording.
