What is the best credit card option out there for people with an average credit score? Mine is approx. 660?

i suppose what i'm asking is which bank should supply the card?

1. Capital One is always a good option as is Chase Bank Mastercard.
2. Capital one and Citi are really good. My credit is 690 and I got a cards with them.
