Does your credit score here in the US affect the credit score you might have in another country?
Let's say you have an average credit score in the US. If your company relocated you to the UK (where you never lived, therefore have not credit history) would your credit follow you or would have to start from scratch?

- Yes.. your score would follow you from UK to USA or vice versa.
- Having a good credit rating, helps a consumer get a loan or credit at better rates and for larger amounts. To know "How to improve credit rating, credit score" plz follow link- http://www.acreditlibrary.com/improvecredit.html
- your credit history from the us can only be transferred to Canada, but some measures have to be taken for your data to be recognized there. your credit history does not count anywhere else in the world. you're on your own (and your cash)
- Credit ratings do not transfer from on country to another country. Every country bank work independently. Of course if you are borrowing a huge sum as a foreigner in a country, the bank concerned may try to ask your home country for some credit reference. However that is only a reference and bank may not use it.
