- very good.
- Pretty darned good. The range is 500-900 I think. The average is probably 600 or so, I would assume.
- extremely good, about 830 is tops
- its excellent. the best score you can get is like 900. most americans are far below this number. i know myself, im about a 720 and i havent been late on anything in over 10 years. good job! having good credit and keeping it that was isnt easy to do but its very important
- WAY ABOVE! 900 is perfect! Excellent is about 720. Average, I've heard is in the mid 600s.
- Excellent. A perfect, top score would be 850, an average is a little under 700, so you are in very good shape.
- Well, let's see ... Perfect would be 850. For mortgages: 720+ is where banks would like to see borrowers ... 620+ is kind of the semi-firm "hard-deck" (so-to-speak) ... < 620 gets difficult & expensive, but not impossible.
- That is great. The average score is 723.
- I work for a credit card company... 791 is AWESOME! Most Americans do not have a credit score that high. Props to you. 850 is the highest.......
- According to FICO, the average score is 725. Are you sure that was FICO and not the other system credit bureaus use.
- An average American credit score is 650. Yours is excellent. My is the same as yours and I was able to get a mortgage fixed 5% for 20 years.
- 800 is best so 791 is super to have I would think.
- Great! You are in a low risk category 710 is better than 64% of the American
- Hi, In spite of all the posts about 830 or 900 being the maximum FICO score, the max is in fact 850. If your 791 is a FICO score, then it is excellent, maybe top 5%, almost certainly top 10%. If your score is from one of those other chud rating scales, then i don't know. Some of those go up to 990, but i am just not as familiar with them. They are for chuds, so a FICO score is best to compare apples-to-apples with real people who live above ground. If the 791 is FICO, then nice work!
