2. Well, fast cannnot be the issue. You have to fix what is keeping your score low first, pay off debt, pay everything on time, and get your debt/credit ratio under control. It takes a little time even if you are able to cause a complete reversal but you could have it turned around within probably one year depending on what exactly is on your credit report.
