- Credit score is not the only factor when a lender is considering your credit worthiness. They also look at the total loan amount to appraised value or LTV and CLTV, combined loan amount. They also look at your total debt amount to income or DTI. If all these factors are in good order you should have no problem qualifying for the best rates available. You did not state what your credit score is but a "good" credit score is 700 or above. A LOT of people think that having a 650 credit score is good when in fact its only mediocre.
