please help me with free credit report .com?
i went onto free credit report. com and got my credit report and credit score for a 30 day free trial but i gave them my credit card number to be charged after the 30 free trial was up on the web site it says you can cancel at any time during the free trial so you do not get charged but they gave me numbers that all they are are recordings please help me i need a # to call or something.

- On the website there is a number you can call. I used free credit report before and did not have a problem cancelling.
- Well I have an account with them. I leave my account open so I can check up on my accounts because I am paying mine out. Here is the number that I call if I have questions or concerns with them: (800) 481-6826. I hope this number helps you out.

- This website suckers a lot of people. You can obtain your reports from all three credit agencies once a year FREE at www.annualcreditreport.com. Stay away from "freecreditreport.com." Your cancelation notice to "freecreditreport.com" should be made in writing via certified mail. Phone calls leave you with no proof of anything.

- There is NO free online credit report. They will get you on a "free trial" but you will end up paying. The only true way to get your credit report free is to fill out the form, provide ID and send by mail to Equifax. They will send you your report in the mail totally free. The form to fill out is available here: http://canadian-creditreport.com/equifax_credit_report_request.pdf I do this about once every two years to see if anything strange has shown up in the report. If you see something that should not be there Equifax tells you the steps on how to dispute the item.
