Which website, is absolute free to check your credit score?

I know there is only one goverment web site for cridit check. What is it? Once i used one website, and then they were charging me $12.00 each month.Please help.

1. You can get your credit reports free once per year at www.annualcreditreport.com. You have to pay the credit bureaus if you want the actual FICO score. It is not a government web site. It is a site set up by the credit bureaus to comply with the law.

3. You can get free credit reports, but I am almost sure you have to pay for credit scores.
4. Sorry these folks are confusing you. Annual Credit Report .com does NOT give you a credit score -- what they give you is a credit report which is not the same thing. In order to get your credit score you'll have to pay something. At present there is no free service that gives credit SCORES. I know of a service that gives you a free 30-day trial which includes your credit score. Message me on answers if you want the promo link. Good luck!
