Does bad credit history and rating follow you internationally?
I am Australian but have been a student in the UK. I am moving back to Australia and want to know if my bad credit history from the UK will be 'on record' in Australia, or if credit ratings are not internationally shared. Thanks for all answers!

- Unless things have changed I think the bad debt will only be held in the UK credit bureaux. If you apply for credit in Australia your time in the UK will affect your chance of getting credit depending on how long you were there. However, if you have received a CCJ then I think you need to declare it as failure to do so could result in a fraudulent application.
