I already got my FREE credit report this year, but want to find out what my score is?
It didn't state the CREDIT SCORE on it and don't mind paying for it, but only it, I dont want to sign up for some monitoring website I just want to find out what my score is. I am planning on buying a car and paid off quit a few bills this last year and want to know my score before I go to the dealership? Can anyone tell me a website that will ONLY tell you your score not sign you up for other stuff?

- www.annualcreditreport.com is the only one. You can check your score as many times as you want, it will not hurt your credit score. The only time your score gets dinged is when you actually apply for credit.
- im pretty sure that after that after that first free one every time you check or your credit is checked by someone else... your credit score goes down. so unless you've done sommething drastically bad... to make your score go down.. it should still relatively be the same. let the dealership check it. or talk to them about where you would have stood w. your prvious score.. & see the convo goes... but frequently checking it is not a good idea
- You can check your own credit report as often as you want and it will not affect your score. If you want to buy your scores (you can't get them for free), in addition to getting them through annualcreditreport.com you can also get them at myfico.com and you can use code "MW01" to get 25% off. You don't have to sign up for anything. In the future, you could consider getting a credit card from Washington Mutual which offers you a monthly online update on your credit score from one of the three CRAs.
