Public Comments
- be careful, many are scams
- annualcreditreport.com
- NO.
- https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp This is THE site for getting your free annual credit report. The FTC links to it: http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2006/09/credit.shtm
- annualcreditreport.com. goodluck.
- https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp you can only do it once a year. OR once every time you've had someone check your credit (credit card companies, banks, ect). They do not require a credit card. I do it once a year. :)
- I don't know of any. You have to give a cc number to get the "free" info for the first time, then they bill your card thereafter if you don't cancel it.
- go to annualcreditreport.com by law the credit score companies have to give you 1 free report a year. If you want the score though you have to pay. but going through this website seems to be cheaper.
- I find it best to not ask. every time you do, it's marked on your credit. but this is from someone who doesn't believe in credit. I own everything I have, I owe nobody nothing. I may not have the zero turn lawnmower or a 2006 monte carlo, but my 1976 wheelhorse and my 1996 villager and my 1997 sable are 100% mine.
- Yes, I believe it's at www.annualfreecreditreport. I think this is the correct address. You will have to surrender your social security number for them to find you but you are allowed one free credit report per year from each of the big three credit reporting agencies. Equarian, EQIFAX and TransUnion. You can only request these once each year. I hope this is the answer to your question. You are most welcome. As for the actual credit score I go to my credit card online, sign in and it will be found in there somewhere depending upon what credit card you have. Send for a credit report to each big three every four months and you will be fairly current with your credit score.
- You always have to pay online if you need to see the score. You can review your credit report for free. I been working in the car dealership from the last 5 years. I've seen a lot of people come here and say that to me that my credit is this and once I pull there credit score is always different. Make sure there is a difference when you see your score online instead of a lender pulling up a credit report. Thanks
