
Can an secure credit card really help increase your credit score?
I'm trying to rebuild my credit, I heard secure credit card can help increase your credit score, so I'm just wondering if anyone know which secure credit card is good that report to all three credit bereau?

- One type of card is no better than another. All credit card companies report to the three credit bureaus. But you might as well pay cash or pay with your ATM card. Or find a credit card that accepts applicants with bad credit. They charge more on interest, but if you are paying timely and the entire amount, why would you care what the interest is? That is what I did when I had my bankruptcy in 1999. I never had a secure card. You have to pay a ton that you don't get interest on.

- Absolutely. Make at least the minimum pmt ea. month. That's all there is to it. It will take a while before your score starts to increase, 1 yr or so. but its worth it.
