1. There are actually organizations that will offer loans with credit scores lower than a 495, but I could not in good faith offer you a referral. Understand something. When the CS is that low the only organizations offering a loan are the vultures who will charge ridiculously high annual percentage rates.
2. Redvelvet is correct. There are lenders out there that will loan you money, but the interest rates and fees are going to be the maximum that your State allows. You would be much better off trying to borrow money from a friend or family member.
