My credit rating is 710. Is this good?

- yes that is good but remember you have a total of 3 credit scores. not everybody follows the same score. find out what your other two scores are as well. freeannualcreditreport.com is a good place to start.

- Yes, it's good. You will most likely be approved for the lower interest loans, but probably not the lowest.
- I am going to suggest you get into Real Estate investing with a score like that. What part of town are you located in??? I could hook you up with Millionaires who can show you how to really succeed with that type of score. But remember score is not everything. Because the credit itself matters alot too. If the credit is not there, then some companies frown on high scores. But 710 will get you all you want. Anything over 680 is considered the best of the best.

- Is this your FICO score or is it the VantageScore? A 710 FICO score is greate, whereas a 710 Vantage score isn't quite as exceptional (it "translates" to roughly 610).
