1. I suppose "best" is a relative term. But... I just posted this site for someone else a minute ago, maybe they have something useful for you also? http://www.approvedforcredit.com/ Just in general... Lots of credit cards offer low intro APR (often 0%) as a way to get you to switch to them. You can pretty much switch to any credit card, if you have decent credit, and get really low interest for 6 months or a year. Good luck :P
