What is a good credit score??

who high of a credit score do you need to buy a house im 20 and have 688 is that good?

2. about 750 on credit score is very very good almost excellent!!!
3. A little on the low side, but not a bad score at all for someone in his 20's. You should be able to qualify for a mortgage with a competitive rate no problem. If your score is above 700, you may even be able to negotiate a better rate.
4. 688 is good but once you're able reach the 700s you're flying! 800s are the shit and only a small portion of the country enjoys their benefits.
