How do i get my neighbors from piggybacking on my home network?

every time i check my computer network manager i see rouge computers on my network. How can i stop my neighbors from stealing my signal?

6. Enable WEP security on your router. That way anyone that should connect to your network will have a password. If they don't have a password they can't surf on your connection. Or you can also disable the SSID so they won't be able to see that your network is active.
