Dispute credit report?
If I do dispute two enteries on my credit report for the same credit card company and they do validate it, will the statue of limitations start over??

- No, it cannot start over. Negative accounts must be reported with a date based on the date of last delinquency.
- No it will not start over again, but if you make any sort of payment to them it will. Good Luck!
- No - find out what the statute of limitations is for your state. In Texas, it is four years. I disputed eight things on my credit report on May 17 and today I got notice that five of them have been deleted, two fall off on October and one is an error that is being corrected by the creditor. I used www.annualcreditreport.com and got my free report. I disputed with Experian and it was simple and quick! I anticipate that in a few months my credit score should be considerably higher. Good luck!
