- no you can't change your ss# and you can only clean up errors on your credit report
- No, you cannot get your credit report cleaned up in 30 days, 60 days, 120 days, or 240 days...it takes years for scores to rise significantly. Pay your bills on time, do not waste credit, and pay off any debts that are showing as delinquent or written off. Once you get your credit cleaned up, take precious care of it, and let no one else fool with it. Avoid having a auto dealer place a loan for you...they will shotgun your application to 10-20 lenders...that looks awful on your report, and stays there for about 1 year. Pay on time, every month, consistently.
- call ed garrett an attorney can help you, clean your credit up,this is all he do. 800-267-9902
- i WORKED FOR A CREDIT RESTORATION AGENCY AND THE CREDIT COMPANIES RARELY REPLY TO THE LETTERS OF DISPUTE IN TIME. that's HOW WE TWISTED OUR BUSINESS...if THEY DO NOT REPLY WITH AN EXPLANATION FOR THE DISPUTE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS ALLOTTED..THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY CAN REMOVE THEIR REPORT.
