Did you know that some banks offer a "Direct Deposit Advance?" It's a slightly cheaper "Payday Loan" for those who have direct deposit. Wells Fargo offers this. Did you know that some credit cards will give you free access to your credit score? Washington Mutual cards will. Did you know that if you call your finance company to ask for the pay off amount on an auto loan, they will offer you a lower rate without refinancing? Did you know that when you call your banks call center, you can ask for the "Executive Office" (or President's Office") to reach another call center that will help you with your problem? Did you know that if you ask to have a fee reversed, a call center employee will happily do it, if you reach the right one? I used to work for a bank. There is a lot of info that they won't tell willingly tell you
