Help how do I get this bill resolved?

How do I resolve a billing dispute that is being billed to my phone? I signed up for a free trial of netzero internet service that i called and canceled before the trial period was over. A few weeks laternetzero called me and asked if if i would try it again on another free trial period. I agreed and it wasn't working out for me so i called and canceled before the trial was over and they started billing me even though I had closed the accounts. Every month i would get my phone bill and they had charged me again and i called them each month and they promised to credit my phone bill and make sure the acount was closed. this went on for months. They never credited me and they stopped billing me about 6 months ago. Last month they started billing my phone bill again and this month too and calling them is not helping and my phone bills like 150.00 and they keep adding late charges and i dont wanna turn my phone off because it'll go against my credit and I keep calling them over &over.than

  1. Send them a certified letter with all your payment documentation. Cancel again in writing just to make sure they finally get the idea. After you are sure they have received the letter, follow up with a phone call to insure all has been taken care of.
  2. Connect with the senior management to resolve it.
  3. tell them if they do not stop you will bring them to court for fals advertismentand that you closed the account before the free tril was up
  4. try your phone company and the better business bureau Send netzero a letter addressed to the customer service manager.
