  1. There are no "loopholes" or laws that credit repair companies can use to get correct information off your credit report. No credit repair company can do anything you can't do for yourself. It is impossible for a third party to make changes in your file if the facts have been correctly reported. Repairing your credit and improving your credit score is a slow process that takes time. Just be patient and you should be on the road to better credit!
  2. Maybe you can start by getting a bad credit credit card like a Continental Finance Mastercard or a First Premier Bank credit card and pay all the fees that come with the card and don't use the card just pay off the fees and get a credit report and contest everything off of it email me at rashida_16@yahoo.com I have a company I pay them 59.00 a month and they contest all the bad things off your credit to make your score better it takes about 6-8 months I will give you their phone number, they are okay. I think you would like it. Maybe they can get the foreclosure off your credit report and you can rebuild your credit get one of those cards and don't use the card just pay off the fees a little at a time the Continental Finance Card I used to work for them the card sucks if you use the card and miss one payment and you are 5 days late they will call you and harass you until you pay and that will be a 60$ late fee and over the limit fee plus your interest. Your montly payment will be 50.00 with the 1st premier bank card the monthly payment is 20.00 but your credit has to be okay to get that card but don't use the card at all not for one penny until you pay off the fees.
  3. First of all there is nothing you can do to remove information from your credit report if the information is correct. The sad thing about divorce decrees is that they carry no weight with lenders because they are not legally bound by them. The best thing you can do now is to get a credit card like Orchard bank or First Premier and use it for everyday things like gas and food being careful not to exceed 30% of your credit limit in any given month and pay in full before the due date. This will do two things, it will establish a payment history and keep your debt to credit ratio low. These two things alone make up 65% of your credit score.
  4. I know of multiple credit repair companies that can help you. Check out the free evaluation form at the source website. Good luck.
