5. If you have a credit card, apply for a credit limit increase. If given to you, it will lower your debt utilization ratio and thus improve your score. However, it could take up to 30 days til it is reflected on your credit report. They dont work instantly! Another way is to pay off all your balances in full and clear up any other negative items that lower your score.
6. Impossible, this can't be done. Even if you are added to another credit card account it will still take 30-60 days to report to the bureaus. If you are being told to pay a fee to do so you are going to loose youe money because this is impossible. The only way to raise you score is time. Time heals all wounds.
