- Reportable scores run from 300 to 850. Anything that scores below 300 defaults to a 0.
- 850, but in all of my years of working with clients with excellent credit, I can count on both of my hands with fingers left over, on how many scores I have seen over 800. They are usually elderly, have a home paid for, and maybe one credit card that they use for necessities that gets paid off every month and zero inquiries.

However, if you are trying to attain a high score ~ make sure you always pay your bills on time and remember that your score is affected by high balances.
