Customer Satisfaction Credit From Wells Fargo:??????

I just called Wells Fargo in regards to Blockbuster mis chargeing my account $42.51 for 2 movies Blockbuster refunded the $42.51 but the charge put me in overdraft the lady from Wells Fargo I just spoke to said I need to dispute is with Blockbuster I just logged into online banking and see a pending refund as CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CREDIT $42.51 so now im confused???????
