Are Credit Repair kits worth the money? Do they help raise your credit score?

1. nope there all basically unfufilled promises scams if you like the only way to truly repare your credit is pay off what you owe get the creditors to show it as paid off and wait the 7 to 10 years for it to come off......sorry just went through all of it dont leave anything un paid it will reactivate it every time it shows up on your bureau for 7 to 10 more years pay them off dont sweat their you have to pay it all now crap...theyll pull over the phone just keep sending a steady amount whatever you can afford till its paid and keep photo copy records that it was indeed paid contact them on your last payment and let them no youve met your obligation please shoe it on your burrow as paid.....skipper
2. some do, the bad part about it is that once you purchase the "kit" you realize that you could have done it yourself by just searching for a credit repair sample letter online and sending it off to the credit bureaus. I raised my credit score by close to 200 points by myself in a matter of about 1 year. The website below has some good articles in the credit report section. Good luck
