Any hiring mangers for banks? Wondering what type (range) of credit score is needed to work at a bank?

- 1.) Must have Decent Credit Score. Not Impeccable but also NOT a Hopless dead beat that doesn't pay his/her bills. The Logic here is, if you cannot manage your own Finances, how can you manage others. 2.) Must Pass the Drug Test. They don't want no Pot Head or Crack Head working for the Bank, who might steal to support a habit 3.) Must Posses Series 6, Series 63 and Life Insurance License. You cannot take that on your own, the Financial institution must sponsor you to take those licensure. Well in my bank thats how it worked. 4.) Prior working experience would be good too, plus a recommendation letter from your previous employer would be terrific. 5.) Last but not least, the most important of all. It always makes a difference when you know somebody in the inside. Applying on line and dropping off you resume may not exactly be the speedy results that you want. But if you have a friend working for that bank and he/she can vouch for you, watch the hiring progress go faster. Hope this helps
