How can i get rid of my Jeep that i owe a lot of money for?
I have a 2006 Jeep liberty and I pay roughly 400 a month I can now longer afford it and my cousin co-signed, without jacking his credit score what should i do? I owe a little more than the jeep is worth how does one with bad credit fix this issue? By the way he lives 2000 miles away. Oh, by the way i will soon have my license taken away for a dui ill never drive u.i. again and i was the only person involved in the collision with the oak tree.

- Find someone that is willing to takeover the payments and the car for you. Be sure to inform your cousin about your situation so that both of you can come up with a solution. Leaving the cousin in the dark will only cause problems. Good luck!!
- If you can't find someone to take over the payments, you may have to just sell the car for whatever the market value is and come up with the cash to pay off the loan balance.
