- •A credit score is a numerical expression based on a statistical analysis of a person's credit files, to represent the creditworthiness of that person, which is the perceived likelihood that the person will pay debts in a timely manner. A credit score is primarily based on credit report information typically sourced from credit bureaus / credit reference agencies. •In Australia credit scoring is widely accepted as the primary way applicant creditability is assessed. Credit scoring is not only used to determine whether credit should be approved to an applicant, but credit scoring is also used in the setting of credit limits on credit cards/store cards, in behavioral modeling such as collections scoring, and also in the pre-approval of additional credit to a companies existing client base. Please follow these tips to improve your rating: •Pay your bills on time. Delinquent payments can have a major negative impact on your score and the longer you pay your bills on time, the better your score. For example, someone with an average credit rating of 707 can raise their score by as much as 20 points by paying all their bills on time for one month. •Keep balances low on credit cards. High outstanding debt can affect your score. Maxing out your credit cards could lower your average score by as much as 70 points. •Don't open a number of new credit cards that you don't need. New accounts will lower your average account age, which could actually lower your score by up to 10 points. •Have credit cards - but manage them responsibly. In general, having credit cards and installment loans (and making timely payments) will raise your score. Someone with no credit cards, for example, tends to be higher risk than someone who has managed credit cards responsibly. •Closing an account doesn't make it go away. A closed account will still show up on your credit report and may be factored into the score. Feel free to ask any question on wowsantosh@yahoo.com . Thanks. Take care n have a wonderful time.
- In my city there are child care centers that care for children at 3 months and up. If you are poor some of these religious related agencies will charge a reduced rate. You need to get support money from the father of your child. You need to get a job. You will have to give up any ideas of a car, a house , or even a cat until you pay off your bills. Start with the credit cards first. Pay your current bills first, pay your most recent bills on time, the old bills will slowly be forgoten by the credit rating companies.
