1. Yes experian generally have the lowest credit score of all the 3 of them. A good score is generally between 700-750, anything above 750 is excellent. Generally all the loan giver take average of 3 of them.
2. Any score that is not a FICO score and does not have a FICO stamp on it is called a FAKO score. The only way to get your FICO score is to get it from www.myfico.com Your experian plus score means nothing, and most if not all lenders only look at your fico score. There have been reports that sometimes a person's FAKO and FICO score differ by 100 points! So you don't want to make any decisions without getting your fico.
