what type of comanys will check my credit rating ?
i have a bad credit rating, bank wont give me any credit cards or anything, just a bank cashcard. Im wondering what type of companys check credit ratings ? I was thinking about joining my local council owned gym, but not too sure if they will check my credit rating.

- If you are trying to apply for any type of cash/credit, the company will pull your credit. If you are joining a Gym, they shouldn't need your report unless you try to finance your membership. If you pay cash, your fine.
- In todays day and age - where a quick check on line can be made in a matter of seconds - its any company that you require credit from so that could include your gym if you want to pay monthly. Pay cash up front - its the only way. Steve
- Anyone that you apply for credit with except payday loan places will look at your credit first. So will most potential employers if the position you are applying for in in management or requires handling money.
