do those companies that repair your credit really work? and which one should i use?

i would like to know what credit repair company will help my credit score go up legally.

The reason companies are out their that offer this service is because people don't have time to sit and negotiate their own debts. So they go to a consolidation company. If you can avoid it, then please do so.
