How long will it take to clear of bad credit ratings in Singapore?

I understand that some countries takes 5-7 years to clear of one's bad credit ratings. How long will Singapore take? Is it the same?

1. It will take 7 years to have your bad credit drop off. Singapore also uses the similar credit system as in Western countries.
