- you can go to freecreditreport.com or freecreditreportinstantly.com or freecreditreport360.com to get a free credit report but everywhere I went for my score they asked for money. Some sites ask for a dollar and they will give it back. I just tried one but I havent seen my money return you can also go to annualcreditreport.com but they wont give you your score for frr no one will.
- https://www.annualcreditreport.com I'm pretty sure this is the gov't mandated one.
- Credit bureaus are profit companies not govt. To get your credit score make sure you get your FICO score. FICO scores are what lenders use to rate your credit download free credit guide www.ncnlcorp.com to get educated first then go to www.myfico.com...best of luck
- DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR FIRST RESPONDER! FreeCreditReport.com will still make you sign up as a member and thus charge you monthly. The only 100% free credit report is at: AnnualCreditReport.com. This is a goverment website set up to retrieve your free credit report only once per year from Equifax, Experian and Transunion each. However, they will not give you your credit SCORE, because those numbers are calculated from the companies, not the government. But you can still look up your credit REPORT. Once you start the process, you'll be asked some trivia questions only you should know. Answer them correctly, and you can see your report.
- Credit reports are free at all three agencies once a year. There is a charge, usually $10 for a credit score.
- You can get a free credit report at annualcreditreport.com, but all the credit bureaus charge you for your credit score. The only credit score that is a true score will be the one that you get from Equifax, since they use FICO's scoring. Go to myfico.com for a true credit score, from any of the bureaus, but you will have to pay for it. Signup for a credit watch or credit monitoring at Equifax.com. They should have the option for your credit score, it would be included with your report. Use it for the 30 day trial bases, and then cancel it within the 30 days so that your card is not charge any reacurring charges. Everything in life isn't free....and you get what you pay for.
