1. you can get a free credit report at freecreditreport.com once a year and then you will have the information on the creditor who reported you or if it is incorrect you can file a paper with the credit bureaus and challenge it. If you have done that and need help you may want to contact one of the credit counsiling places there are alot around the US and should be easy to find
2. annualcreditreport.com is the actual gov't free website for one report each year, freecreditreport.com makes you sign up for a monthly program to get your copy. The credit report will have a listing at the end of all your creditors and their contact info.
