Credit card dispute analyst looking for job in Dallas,TX?
I'm currently going back into the workforce.I'm looking for a job in credit cards. The job would be called chargeback analyst. This is someone that analyst and process credit card disputes from the cardholder. Ok does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone even do this anymore?

- Capital One is now located in (north) Irving, TX...give them a try. Also, Citifinancial's got a place in that same office park. It's west of Belt Line on 114.

- I would also recommend Capital One, they have offices all over the metroplex. The offices in the metroplex are mainly in the Auto Finance sector, but your skills on your resume' will be appreciated since it is technically the same type of business. Definitely check with Experian as well, they are in Allen and look often for people with experience in the credit field. They are an excellent company to work for. While their hire process is stringent, they do pay off in the long run and hire from within once you get in the door. It is very necessary to have stringent hiring processes in this sector of employment with the age of identity theft so rampant.
